Beijing International Theater Center is an expansion project of Beijing People's Art Theater. It is located in Beijing People's Art Theater on Wangfujing Street, Dongcheng District. It is now located on the east side of the Capital Theater. It is a comprehensive viewing and performance building integrating drama performances, artistic creation, rehearsal, display, machine room, parking, etc. The total construction area is about 23,000 square meters. There are two professional drama theaters, "Cao Yu Theater" and "People's Art Theater", which can accommodate 700 and 300 spectators respectively. Changsen Sports undertook the nearly 3,000 square meters of stage theater for this project.

As the central area for actors to perform, the theater stage must meet the requirements of firmness, wear resistance, shock absorption, elasticity, and avoid unequal expansion and contraction. The construction technology of this project is complex, difficult, and has high quality requirements. The Changsen Sports team lived up to expectations and delivered a satisfactory answer in just over a month. The project has been recognized by many parties.

Whether it is the "Cao Yu Theater" with wood color and gray brick color as the main tone, or the "People's Art Theater" with black and gray as the main tone, the stage panels are all made of imported solid Oregon pine. The wood texture of Oregon pine is unique, showing beautiful wood grain and texture, with natural wood texture, and the material is light, soft, medium to low toughness, not easy to deform, and easy to process and color. Oregon pine has a certain elasticity and a strong shock absorption effect, which can effectively eliminate the impact force generated by actors when running and jumping, and protect the actors' bodies from injury. The stage floor installed by Changsen Sports has anti-slip characteristics, and the friction index is between 0.4 and 0.6, which meets the relevant standards for the floor of sports venues formulated by the international community. It will not be too slippery or too astringent, which is more conducive to the body control of actors, avoiding fatigue due to excessive energy consumption and affecting performance.

After the completion of the Beijing International Theater Center, the building volume of three floors above ground and four floors underground also meets the needs of more advanced and comprehensive stage creation. It is a professional drama theater with a very professional scale, rich stage performance forms, and complete drama creation and performance facilities. So far, it has staged many works such as "Sunrise", "Thunderstorm", "Farewell My Concubine", "Our Jing Ke", "Desire Under the Elms", etc. I believe that with the growing prosperity of culture today, Changsen Sports will continue to make efforts to bring stage floors with international high standards to theaters, actors, and audiences. At present, Changsen Sports is involved in the construction of stage floors across the country, including Shaanxi Yan'an Grand Theater, Shandong Dezhou Grand Theater, Hebei Wuqiao Grand Theater...
